Deciding to compete last year was one of the biggest decisions of my life! I knew how much sacrifice, dedication, hard-work & consistency it was going to take to get my body stage ready!
At the end of the day I knew just what I had to do, TRUST THE PROCESS! Whilst being in a caloric deficit and training several times a week, your mind will play games.
Whatever your goals are in life, overcome all of the obstacles, believe in yourself & CONQUER!
