I thought I'd mix it up today by heading outdoors to enjoy the beautiful weather!
Just recently I heard there was a workout park down the road from where I live. Thinking there was going to be pull-up bars, dip bars and much more, I arrived to find a beginner exercise machine station that was too light in resistance for myself.
SO I HAD TO IMPROMPTU AND MAKE UP A WORKOUT ON THE SPOT!
All I had with me was my phone, portable speaker and camera.
